Design A.D.D. – Lets Finish our Projects
Do you have the same problem as us? We work on a project, make a big mess, deal with the chaos, put it back together, figure out the last few things that need to be done, but then never actually finish it. Maybe we're just junkies for "big" projects because when we get down to the last few details we get design A.D.D and start working on something else.
We need a little motivation to get er' done. Are you in the same boat? If you need some motivation too, we're here for you!
Here's the plan:
- Post a comment with what project you want to finish.
- Say something encouraging to another commenter to help them out! If you're the first commenter you can say something nice to us, we won't mind
- Finish your project by the end of the month - Thursday, March 31.
- On March 31 we'll write a post asking to see your projects. Comment with a link to your blog or online photo of your project and on Monday April 4 we'll show off all the finished projects!
Our project:
Finishing the guest bedroom... again. We had a reveal a few months ago but since then we've switched beds and furniture and thought of a few more upgrades to make! We want to paint a few pieces of furniture, replace the closet doors with curtains, patch up a big hole in the side of the closet, and paint the ceiling fan blades white.

You are so right- this is perfect for me! Okay, so mine is really dumb… but I've been "altering" the curtains in my second bedroom for like… 3 weeks now. It's getting ridiculous. All I'm asking of myself is that I finish those. (As an added bonus, I might get a couple more projects done in that room, like frame some pictures and re-do a piano bench I bought. However, if not I'm still going to take pride in those curtains! Hahaha)
And to encourage you guys, I KNOW you can do it. Your guest room is going to be even sah-weeeeeter than ever.

Whoa, I didn't see this post yet! What a great idea! Yes, we have Design ADD, I think our worst is that Spare Room, and I can't say it could be done in 9 days
Although I am hoping our Guest Room is done with those Roman Shades you suggested 
PS- thanks for the idea, I gave you guys a HHH shout out!
